At MANI LAUNCHPAD, our mission is to empower artists, creators, and entrepreneurs who seek to improve the lives of the people around them by bringing their product design ideas to life.

We understand the importance of well-represented leadership to create a workplace that is diverse and appreciative of all voices. Through our diversity and inclusion mandate, our startup incubator-accelerator program is committed to support at a minimum 50% visible minority (Black, Brown, and other underrepresented members of our society) and women founders. At its core, MANI LAUNCHPAD leverages our design, development, and product-market fit acclimatization capabilities to assemble great companies and then help them operationally scale to drive long term growth.
